Return Our Trains!

Earlier this Autumn, the Strategic Rail Authority introduced a new timetable for the West Coast Mainline which is very bad news for Milton Keynes residents:

  • The fast Virgin trains no longer stop at Milton Keynes Central during the peak hours

  • Silverlink trains are taking longer on the journey between Milton Keynes and London.

It is also now more difficult for business people or commuters travelling from the Midlands or the North West to arrive in Milton Keynes during the peak hours.

Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Spokespersons Jane Carr and Neil Stuart have complained to the Strategic Rail Authority about this reduction in service. If you would like to add your voice to ours, please sign our petition.
